The company sells admission tickets to individuals and companies. The prices of the products include VAT. We reserve the right to change delivery terms and prices.

Delivery terms:

The tickets to be ordered (hereinafter referred to as products) are purchased from the online shop by adding them to the shopping cart. The order is confirmed by paying for the contents of the shopping cart and accepting these delivery terms, the price of the product and any delivery fees. After the purchase, an order confirmation will be sent to the customer’s e-mail address. The products will be delivered to the customer’s e-mail address within a specified timeframe after confirmation of payment.

Products are not eligible for refund due to changes in the content of the event or weather-related phenomena, for example. For the 14-day right of cancellation and exchange of products, please contact the event organizer at myynti@teiskonen.com.

Returned products will be refunded through the payment service provider.

Payment terms:

The payment service is provided by Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oyj appears as the recipient of the payment on the account statement or card invoice. Paytrail Oyj forwards the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj has a payment institution license. In case of complaints, we ask you to primarily contact the product supplier.

Other information:

The contact information of those who have purchased the product is collected for communications purposes related to the event. The event will be photographed and videotaped for communication and marketing purposes of the Teiskonen VIP event.

Event tickets may not be used as raffle or competition prizes without the permission of the event organizer.

The event organizer, Teiskonen VIP, is an independent operator that is not affiliated with the Secto Rally Finland event.
