5. Purpose of use of personal data

Personal data is used for marketing purposes by Atemark Palvelut Oy, for inquiries related to the activities of Atemark Palvelut Oy, and for equivalent addressed shipments. Personal data is processed as part of the customer relationship, taking into account the rights and obligations of the customer and Atemark Palvelut Oy in processing personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Act. Personal data is processed for Atemark Palvelut Oy’s own marketing communication purposes.

6. Storage of personal data

Personal data is stored in the register for the duration of the newsletter service. Personal data may be deleted from the register at the customer’s request. Subscription to the newsletter can be canceled at any time by clicking on the link at the end of each newsletter.

7. Regular data sources

Data sources include the information provided by the customer via the online form when subscribing to the newsletter, and the customer register of Atemark Palvelut Oy. The customer can supplement and update their information themselves using the link found at the end of the newsletter.

8. Disclosure of data

Personal data will not be disclosed to third parties for any other purpose, except when required by Finnish authorities, and for the purposes of the company’s own customer satisfaction survey and comparable activities. In such cases, the data may be provided to a third party for this purpose only.

9. Register protection

Appropriate technical and administrative measures will be taken to ensure the security of the customer register. Data is protected through e.g. firewalls, physical protection of devices, access rights and encryption technologies. Personal data is kept confidential, and the persons processing the register data are bound to an obligation to maintain secrecy. Access to the customer register database is restricted through personal user rights.

10. Right to review personal data

Anyone who has provided data to the register has the right to review the data concerning them and demand any incorrect information to be corrected. If you want to check what personal data has been collected about you in the register, please contact the contact person for the register. We aim to respond to questions and feedback regarding the register within seven business days at the latest.
